Mint Tea

The way the mint is processed has an almost unbelievable impact on the final properties of the beverage, so we took extra care with it. We harvest only whole mint leaves, which retain more essential oils compared to ground or crushed blends. These oils, together with menthol, give the mint its characteristic taste and aroma. Keeping the leaves less shredded also reduces oxidation, so the mint preserves higher amounts of the polyphenols and flavonoids it naturally contains.
