Can I send flowers all over the world?
Udora provides its service in 950 cities globally. Since we are currently expanding our business more foreign florists are signing up for a platform. Just to make sure you can order a gift to another country enter the address directly in the app or through the web version.
How much do you charge?
Delivery terms and conditions vary from the shop location. Some merchants provide free delivery other charge with a certain amount: start creating your order to see the full price.
How does the flower delivery service function abroad?
The conditions depend on a country or a specific store. In some countries the service is available round-the-clock and on holidays – you may find out all the details making your order.
Should I enter the recipient’s address?
Udora has a useful option: no address required! Enter the accurate recipient’s number and our courier will contact the person to clarify the address.
How fast is your delivery?
The seller will take into account (consider) the time specified in the order. If for some reason the shop cannot complete the delivery, the seller will get in touch with you to find the solution.
Will you notify me of the order completion?
Everything is based on the app: check it to see the order status. Need details? Give a shout to florists, for example, and ask the store to provide all the required information. Additionally, you’ll receive a photo of your goods before the delivery. Click on like sign if everything is right or dislike the product when the item mismatches with the original image presented on the merchant’s page.
