WowPass program

WowPass is a loyalty program within Udora for both customers and sellers. Customers can apply their accumulated bonuses or a promo code only at shops that are part of WowPass. Any shop can join the program by increasing its fee according to the tariff scale.

Raising your commission attracts customers looking for a discount. Since not all sellers in the city join the WowPass program, you’ll face less competition and a higher chance of getting extra orders. The fee is calculated based on the total order value, regardless of whether the customer applies the discount.

By joining WowPass, you gain more control over your own commission. It’s one of the key factors that affects your shop and item ranking in search results for both the website and the app.

Boost your ranking with a higher commission

There’s one more way to move up in search results: raising your fee above the standard rate. For example: flower shops have the default fixed commission at 14% – if you set yours to 15% or higher, your items will rank proportionally higher, too.

This is a strong lever, best applied after you’ve used every other tool to boost your visibility. It’s important to keep the extra cost on your side – don’t add it to your item’s price, making the customer compensate for it.

How to join the WowPass program?

You can connect to the WowPass program in the web version of your personal area by selecting Progress in the menu. There, you can also adjust the percentage of bonuses a customer earns on orders from your shop.

If you want to connect WowPass through the app, go to the Progress section, tap WowPass & Bonus points, and move the slider so it turns green.

*For most countries, WowPass is automatically enabled for shops in the Flowers category. To check if the program is active for you, please refer to the relevant tariff scale or contact us via Customer support chat.

Why do I need to join this program?

We want you to manage your shop on your own terms and have a real impact on your sales. Find the balance that works for your business with two tools – WowPass and bonus cashback.

For the Flowers, Balloons, and Potted Flower Gifts categories, the minimum bonus cashback is 3%, paid directly by you as the seller. You can raise this rate above the minimum the same way as the WowPass fixed commission. Other categories don’t have a default bonus – you choose what works for you.

Shops offering a higher bonus cashback are marked with a special icon. Since customers can see how many bonuses they’ll earn on an order, they’re naturally drawn to shops offering a higher percentage.

What’s the default fixed fee for the WowPass program?

Udora’s default fixed commission varies by product category. You’ll find this and other important information on the tariff scale: UK and EU scale, UAE. ESP, other countries 

How are payments handled for promo codes customers use on Udora?

Every month, Udora sellers receive compensation for promo codes redeemed by customers. Here's is how it works:

At the start of each month, you’re compensated for the total value of promo codes your customers redeemed the previous month, converted 1:1 into euros, or a local currency equivalent (1 point = €1). For example, if customers redeemed 100 points from your shop last month, you’ll receive €100 at the start of the next month.
