The Swedish message “Ett extra stort tack” means “An extra big thank you,” making the box especially suitable for clients, colleagues, teachers, hosts or anyone deserving a thoughtful gesture of appreciation. Svenska Kakao was founded in 2013 by Ulrika and Fredrik Bergenkrans. The company began after they purchased an old village school dating from 1893 in Skåne-Tranås and converted it into a chocolate factory. Svenska Kakao describes itself as one of the early Swedish pioneers of artisan bean-to-bar chocolate.
