Первый заказ на платформе обернулся полнейшим разочарованием. Повелась на хорошие оценки, но понимаю что они хорошие лишь потому что продавец пытается максимально замять ситуацию и просит не ставить ему плохие оценки. Букет заказывала маме в день рождения, но праздник оказался омрачен абсолютно старыми цветами с полностью раскрытыми мягкими бутонами, которые не держали форму и сминались под весом других цветов. Букет так же стоял без воды продолжительное время о чём свидетельствовали сухие стебли и срез. Мама в шоке, ну а мне стыдно за такое поздравление. Продавцу было предложено забрать букет и вернуть деньги за заказ. Увядающие цветы забирать не стали, видимо поняли что такое больше никому не продать, но деньги вернули в полном объёме, за что спасибо.
