Our florists try to match the design from the product card as closely as possible. Before delivery, your shop will send you a photo of the final arrangement – you can review it and ask any questions. Find the photo in the chat with your shop in the web version or in the Udora app.

What if the recipient isn't at home?

On arrival, the courier will call the recipient using the phone number provided with the order. If the recipient doesn’t answer or can’t accept the delivery, the items are usually returned to the shop.

How can I make the flowers last longer?

Best practices depend on the variety, but there are a few ‘one-fits-all’ rules. Make sure to unwrap the bouquet and trim the stems. Use a clean vase with cool or lukewarm water (don’t forget the flower food!), and refresh the water every 2-3 days. To protect your arrangement, find a spot shielded from direct sunlight or heat.
