I placed my order on March 8 at around 1 p.m. The total cost, including delivery, was €140. The app said that the order would be delivered in the evening, starting at 7 p.m. I didn't receive any messages throughout the day. The order was delivered at 9:55 p.m. If the store had indicated the estimated delivery time before I placed the order, I definitely would not have ordered from them. I trusted your service and did not place an order anywhere else. A holiday that only comes once a year was completely ruined. The customer service is simply terrible.
