The bakery uses the Good Hygienic Practices. This is not a home-made cake. DESCRIPTION: Soft hazelnut crust, milk Callebaut chocolate mousse, and hazelnut cream with crunchy biscuit. AVAILABILITY: available all year long Please place your order at least 3 days in advance. (72h) ALLERGENS: gluten, eggs, milk, lactose, soya lecithin, hazelnut, gelatin. PORTION: 5-9 pieces NOTE: Keep in a refrigerator at a temperature of 5°C. Expiration date is printed on the back of the cake board or 4 days after delivery. *Note: Chocolate decoration which is on some cakes is already included in price of cake.
