Отличный свежий и красивый букет, но: 1. Не присылали фото букета до отправки 2. Ставил доставку с 10:30 до 12:30, а доставили в 17:17. Получатель смог получить, но могла быть ситуация, когда человек улетает и ему удобно получить только в это время. За эти два пункта поставил 4, в остальном всё супер
