Communication was excellent and the team was very attentive to messages. They were willing to adapt the delivery time based on my request, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived about two hours late because the driver had trouble finding the address. This part could be improved, especially for difficult locations. Overall, very polite and responsive service.

The flowers went bad the next day after delivery. My girlfriend is disappointed. Looks like flowers were not fresh.
