I ordered flowers through this florist via the Udora app. Unfortunately, I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, which I fully accept was my mistake. However, what disappointed me was the complete lack of support when the issue was discovered. The courier delivered the flowers without calling the recipient to confirm the address, and the people at the incorrect address opened the flowers and refused to return them. When I contacted the florist, I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I hoped for some goodwill gesture, assistance, or even a small discount on a replacement order. Instead, I was told nothing could be done. I understand businesses cannot be responsible for every customer error, but customer service is often measured by how problems are handled. Unfortunately, I felt there was very little willingness to help or show any understanding of the situation. The flowers may be beautiful, but based on my experience, I was disappointed with the customer service when something went wrong.
