Yes. To the right of the address field, set a preferred delivery date and time. The catalogue will display items from local florists who can schedule a delivery for that time frame. Some shops have their own working hours; if the shop is unavailable during your chosen time, it won’t be shown in the catalogue. You can also select a delivery slot during checkout – you will see available options for the selected store. To make sure your loved ones can receive the gift when it’s convenient for them, select ‘Ask the recipient’ (for delivery time) and ‘Specify the address with the recipient’. The shop will reach out to them directly.

The seller or the courier will try to contact the recipient and find a solution. The phone number provided with the order is their main means of communication. If the recipient doesn’t answer or can’t accept the order, it is usually returned to the shop.
