Заказал цветы 7 числа, 8 числа в 15:00 звонят и говорят, что доставить их не смогут, доставка цветов не приехала, отмените заказ. Попросил магазин отменить заказ самостоятельно, они этого в итоге не сделали и привезли цветы 9 числа (когда букет уже утратил свою актуальность) + букет вообще другой. Со мной доставку в другой день никто не согласовал, думал заказ будет отменен
