Ordered flower delivery in Berlin — it was supposed to arrive the same day. Ended up waiting over 24 hours. Throughout that time I tried reaching the shop via chat: the replies were completely off-topic, nobody addressed my actual questions, and it felt like I was talking to a bot that wasn't even reading my messages. I was essentially being ignored. The only time I got any meaningful response was after I sent a formal complaint. For a flower delivery service, where the whole point is a specific date and occasion, this level of service is unacceptable. Would not recommend.
