Flowers are beautiful, but I'm disappointed how the flower shop handled the situation. I've ordered 2 bouquets and asked the shop in comments to make 1 big bouquet out of it. I also asked for the same in WhatsApp. Despite that they arranged 2 bouquets for her. As soon as I saw it and called them they told me that's it is not their fault, just a miscommunication (how that's possible if I put details on comments and also texted the shop?) and we only have two options. 1) They will rearrange a delivery to midnight and in the process they might broke flowers in the process of creating one big bouquet out of two, so we would have a very late damaged bouquet 2) Leave it as it is They were not sorry at all. Also in the flowow app the delivery was stated as 2 hours 30 mins. I had 4 hours delivery
