Missed order . The store was not notified about my order even I was charged . The item was removed from the platform and couldn’t be ordered again. Offered a discount code that couldn’t be used. Unprofessional! Will not recommended ever again ! Both were blaming each other ( the platform & the flower shop) but no solution done. Blocked the amount also and informed me that I should wait aprox 10 days to have my money back. Instead to make a gift and bring joy , this service destroyed my day !
