I am extremely disappointed with this shop. I ordered a specific bouquet for Valentine's Day, but what was delivered is an absolute joke. 1. Complete mismatch: I ordered solid magenta/pink gerberas. Instead, I received cheap-looking bicolor ones with yellow edges. The style is completely different from the photo. 2. Hidden fillers: To my shock, I found a huge branch of a common houseplant (Schefflera) hidden inside the bouquet just to create fake volume. This was not in the description and looks terrible. 3. Deceptive quality: The wrapping is messy and the overall presentation is poor compared to the professional photos on the app. I feel cheated. I paid for a premium gift for my partner, but received a low-quality substitute. My Valentine's Day is ruined because of this. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
