Store sent me a photo of my order for confirmation- completely different bouquet form the picture and the description. After I opened the chat to talk to the store, customer service told me that they would just add more flowers to the order. I declined and asked them if I should cancel it if they can not make what I ordered. After an hour (!!!) of waiting time, the replied that the courier is on the way with the updated bouquet, without asking for a confirmation of the new bouquet. When I asked to send me a picture, they sent same bouquet, and said they added flowers in it. What I orders was a very nice fresh composition with one set of flowers, and they sent completely different flowers to the recipient. Very disappointed in quality and communication.

The bouquet itself was beautiful and looked quite close to the picture,no complaints there. It was well arranged and still made a great impression. However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. I clearly indicated that the delivery was to an office building with a reception that closes at 5:00 p.m., yet the courier only called the recipient at 5:55 p.m. By that time, access to reception was no longer possible, so the flowers were left in the main lobby of the building. Naturally, that’s not a secure or appropriate place, and there was a real risk they could have been taken. The recipient had to rush to retrieve them, which shouldn’t have been necessary. If a delivery window is promised, it should be respected, especially when timing is critical like this. I’m glad the flowers were eventually received, but the service did not meet expectations at all
