Общее впечатление - положительное. Не было роз нужного оттенка, мне предложили много других вариантов и заменили. Букет получился красивый, записку приложили. Но впечатление подпорила доставка. В согласованное время утром доставить не смогли, потом несколько раз с получателем пересогласовывали время. В итоге сюрприза не получилось, получателю пришлось подстраивать свои планы под доставку. Но сервис хороший. Мне, как заказчику, давали обратную связь и всячески старались исправиться. В качестве извинения сделали небольшой бонус к заказу. Радует, что даже, если с заказом всё пошло не по плану, то магазин берёт на себя ответственность и решает проблему.
