The bouquet itself was beautiful and looked quite close to the picture,no complaints there. It was well arranged and still made a great impression. However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. I clearly indicated that the delivery was to an office building with a reception that closes at 5:00 p.m., yet the courier only called the recipient at 5:55 p.m. By that time, access to reception was no longer possible, so the flowers were left in the main lobby of the building. Naturally, that’s not a secure or appropriate place, and there was a real risk they could have been taken. The recipient had to rush to retrieve them, which shouldn’t have been necessary.
