Часто делаю заказы на доставку, сюда обратилась впервые. Заказ был сформирован на 2 июля , время оговорено четко! 1. Позвонили 2 июля получателю с утра и сказали , что будет доставка 2 или 3 июля. Время заранее четко было оговорено!!!! 2. Доставка привезла букет и оставила на ресепшен, никто с ней не созванивался! Ей с ресепшена прислали информацию, что для нее доставка!!! 3. Открытка была не подписана!!!! пустая!!! я писала. мессадж!!! 4. Мне прислали фото букета с сайта, в живую он выглядел по-другому!!!! И самое интересное... мне пришло сообщение что получатель получил букет, очень доволен!!! Как так! Они ей даже не позвонили!!!! Сервис ужасен!!!
