Our Spring 2026 harvest is made from carefully hand-picked young buds and tender leaves, harvested at the peak of freshness. Every leaf is traditionally pan-fired to create the tea’s signature flat, smooth appearance while preserving its vibrant aroma and naturally sweet flavor. Appearance and tasting notes The dry leaves are beautifully flat, smooth, and uniform, measuring approximately two centimeters in length. Their vibrant jade-green color is complemented by delicate cream-colored tea hairs, a sign of high-quality early spring harvest. The aroma is fresh and elegant, combining spring flowers with subtle fruit notes, roasted chestnuts, and freshly steamed greens. The infusion is crystal clear with a bright yellow-green hue. How to brew Gongfu Style • Porcelain gaiwan or glass teaware • Water temperature: 80–85°C (176–185°F) • Tea-to-water ratio: 3–4 g per 100 ml • Begin with short infusions of 10–15 seconds, gradually increasing the steeping time with each infusion • Enjoy 5–6 infusions, with the tea revealing new layers of sweetness and aroma.
