Если вы с России и думаете заказать цветы на Бали !? С ними это НЕРЕАЛЬНО!!! Выставляют заказ один , по факту собирают другой не как на фото ! на что я спросила что не соответствует фото заказа ! После извиняются , но предлагают взять его ! Соглашаюсь взять так как выбора не было , нужен был букет ! А они его отменяют !! Зашибись блин !! Ни букета ни денег ! Который возвращаются в течении 10 дней ! А букет нужен был сегодня !!!!

Communication was excellent and the team was very attentive to messages. They were willing to adapt the delivery time based on my request, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived about two hours late because the driver had trouble finding the address. This part could be improved, especially for difficult locations. Overall, very polite and responsive service.
