Fraud, avoid at all costs - They completely ruined the big day. I ordered a flower for my partner in Berlin who retired on that day. They did not only let me know about the delay, they just didn’t show up, they cancelled the order from their side at 8pm, 4hours after it was supposed to be arriving. When I called them, they hung up the call. Utterly unprofessional and worth no penny.
