Excelente servicio, necesitaba un arreglo para un difunto y no dudaron en apoyarme a pesar de que estaba en camino a pagarles, confiaron en mí nada más noté que las flores blancas estaban un poquito manchadas y otras medio quemadas de cualquier forma se logró! Muchas gracias

Atención inmediata. Calidad en sus artículos . Peroooooo ... Los he contratado en 2 ocasiones y me acabo de dar cuenta que se les olvidó en ambas incluir la tarjeta dedicatoria ... Este error es enorme y poco profesional . La persona que recibe el arreglo tiene que adivinar quién se lo mando ... Que decepción ...

El trato al cliente es rápido y las señoritas muy amables en todo momento, el ramo quedó hermoso! solo no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque se demoraron 30 mins en la entrega a domicilio, lo comento para que los clientes lo tomen en cuenta y chequen sus tiempos.
