Очень хорошо подумайте прежде чем заказывать здесь цветы! Сделала заказ цветов для подруги на день рождения. Доставили всё вовремя, и сами цветы были чудесные. Но дальше начались проблемы. Я оплатила доставку, закрыла приложение и не отметила отдельно, что заказ доставлен/оплачен. По какой-то причине оплата у них не отобразилась, и вместо того чтобы спокойно разобраться с сервисом и проверить информацию, магазин начал писать моей подруге — человеку, которому доставили цветы и требовать со мной связаться, обвиняя меня в том что я не оплатила доставку. СВЯЗЫВАТЬСЯ С ПОЛУЧАТЕЛЕМ ПОДАРКА (!!) Более того, они оставили мне публичный негативный отзыв о неуплате, обвинили меня в грубости. В ИТОГЕ ОПЛАТУ ОНИ ВСЕ ТАКИ НАШЛИ! Но ни извинений, ни какого-либо бонуса за потраченное мной время, за беспокойство моей подруги и за всю эту неприятную ситуацию я не получила. Негативный отзыв был удален после кучи пререканий с поддержкой и в чате. Опыт неприятный. Цветы - супер.
