I ordered a Valentine’s Day bouquet for my fiancée expecting it to arrive on Feb 14. According to the shop, the flowers were left at the hotel reception, but the hotel confirmed they never received anything and my fiancée never got the bouquet. This completely ruined a special day we had planned. Instead of a surprise, it turned into confusion and disappointment, with me trying to figure out where the order went. The shop promised a replacement delivered directly to her, but that was never delivered either. Because this was a date-specific gift, the moment was lost and could not be fixed. The situation had to be escalated to platform arbitration. I would strongly not recommend relying on this shop for important occasions.

Flowers arrived 7 hours late. Bouquet does not match the picture at all, half of the flowers shown. Way too expensive. No way to contact the actual store.
