Beautiful bouquets, just like in the photos. And wonderful service. I wholeheartedly recommend the O'Hara Flowers. And here's why.
It seems we managed to collect every possible logistical issue in a single order:
1. We forgot about the time zone difference at the delivery point and started pestering the manager with questions, even though the delivery time hadn't even arrived yet.
2. We didn't double-check that the platform had pulled up the delivery address inaccurately, so the courier had to travel to two addresses on opposite ends of the city.
3. We received slightly inaccurate information from the recipient, who claimed the bouquet hadn't been delivered (when in fact, it had been making the birthday person happy for an hour already).
All in all, we really outdid ourselves! 😅
But! The salon's managers were incredibly polite and patient. They even said they hoped to see us again someday. 🤣
