The delivery was made by third party. They don’t deliver it to the door but stressed out my wife about parking ticket , then they said she should get out in the steer in a hurry , and when she did that the driver was still looking for an address . So that was a lie and it was very stressful , and overall ruined the evening and night of an important for our family day . The shop lies about delivery and then in a dispute they act like it’s not their responsibility or problem . They do not give you refunds . Only sale coupon . The flowwow provider didn’t really help also . They give a 10% refund and time limited ( a week ) 20% sale on your next order. Basically nothing gonna change after this situation in their services , they don’t give a heck about service or your money or your mood , capitalism yayyy! So I was so emotionaly damaged that decided to invest my time in this long review so you fellow stranger will be ready for a bad experience and service . Maybe you will be more lucky than i was . I wish you all best twin, and take care.
